    Manage contractors licenses to ensure renewals are processed before expiration dates
    Provide proper communication and follow-up support required to ensure all company deliveries are correctly and expeditiously received
    Assist in HR functions by receiving and scheduling interviews, scheduling and record keeping of performance evaluations, creation of disciplinary paperwork, record keeping for all HR related paperwork and forms, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities:

    Acquire and maintain company organizational memberships as well as certifications and memberships for Directors and CEO
    Coordinate company retreats, trade shows, and conferences
    Perform Employee orientation in the areas of web-based programs, travel logistics, etc.
    Order company uniforms and gear and distribute as requested
    Arrange meetings and schedule appointments for Directors and Officers working at HQ
    Draft routine correspondence such as thank you letters, client appointment letters and internal memoranda
    Provide direct executive assistance to CEO and GM

Job requirements:

    B.S. in Business or related field
    Three (3) years recent related experience
    Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
    Strong Team Player who is a self-starter and can work independently
    Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
    High level of complex IT knowledge; can manage accounts and files in cloud based services

Preferred skills and abilities:

    Front of House experience
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Strong communication skills
