IT Support Specialist
-This position requires diagnostic skills for IT problem resolution and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
-Can Provide technical assistance to computer system and mobile device users and answer questions or resolve problems for staff in person, via telephone, or from remote location.
-Follows documented procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
-Answers questions and provides technology help for staff as needed.
Associates degree from a two year college or university preferred; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
