Technical Support Analyst - Grand Junction
The Alpine Bank IT Department in Grand Junction is looking for a Full Time Technical Support Analyst to provide tier 2 and on-site support of computers, associated software, printers, scanners and network devices that includes installing, modifying and repairing computer hardware / software systems and external peripherals. Interprets problems and provides technical support for hardware, software and systems. This individual provides on-site and remote support in branch and field offices as well as escalated phone support. Preferred qualifications – A+ certification, VDI experience. Individuals must be able to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
