Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. is recruiting for a Radiological Control Technician (RCT) in Grand Junction, CO.

Responsibilities:
- Driving, sample collection, field calculations and notes to include record keeping and data logging. Travel and overnight stays required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- May require 50% travel during field season.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Field work in environmental conditions (rugged back country, and mountainous areas), sampling, remediation back ground preferred.
- Knowledge and use of radiation equipment.
- Capable of walking on uneven ground and working with loads of 40 lbs in variable weather conditions. 50% field work.
- Will train candidate to Department of Energy Certified RCT.

Safety and Health background is preferred, for example OSHA 30 hour.
