The Hancock Group is hiring a full time person for Front Desk Admin
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Phones, meet & greet clients, filing, mail, etc. Also, e-filing tax returns & tax return assembly, data entry, scanning/preparing clients’ files for tax prep by accountants, manage client scheduling, supply inventory, and other miscellaneous projects.
Please only apply if you have:
2-5 years experience in a front desk position. Experience in tax or accounting office a plus!
Knowledge on current computer programs.
Positive attitude, team player, attention to detail and multi-tasker.
Experience in bookkeeping and/or payroll is helpful.
