We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Grand Junction, Colorado Call Center. This representative will work in our fast-paced call center environment taking inbound calls from and making outbound calls to our current ActivStyle customers confirming monthly orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in high volume outbound and inbound call efforts to confirm orders and provide solutions for current customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and positively contribute to our culture and team.
- Promote additional products when appropriate.
- Professionally articulate basic knowledge regarding products, pricing, shipping, and other information as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of scheduled delivery order by populating accurate information into the system.

- Required Experience

- Call Center / Customer Service experience required.
- Medical industry experience preferred.
