I would look for someone more than an intern to maintain a website. Also Serifweb is broad, there are tons of different website softwares available and I wouldn't think very many people would have used that specific software. I have maintained and designed quite a few websites and there is a lot of work involved that goes underpaid most of the time, as long as its just updating some very minor content this should be fine, but minor mistakes from people with no experience can lead to deleted websites even.
