Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent and 60 College Credit Hours (preferably in Process Operations Technology) as of December 31, 2016
- OR HS Diploma or equivalent and five years recent Petrochemical Industry Experience (preferably in operations)
- OR HS Diploma or equivalent and four years of military experience

Water Treatment Plant Operator - Clifton, CO

The Clifton Water District is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our Team. The position performs a wide variety of duties associated with the operation and maintenance of the District's Water Treatment Facilities. The Water Treatment Facility is uniquely designed and is unparalleled in employing "leading-edge" membrane technology to efficiently treat the Colorado River.
The position requires:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, or related field or related experience in the treatment of potable water.
  • A Colorado Class "A" Water Treatment certification or the ability to obtain within four years is required.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts
