Answering all in-coming phones into office. Scheduling all patients appointments via phone/faxes. Retrieving faxes and distributing them to appropriate person. Will need to take efficient messages, page out physicians.

Candidate will need to be a Team player, reliable, multitask and organized.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday 8-5:00 pm
