An integral member of the Western Colorado 2-1-1 staff providing information and
referral services for 16 counties, this role delivers quality customer service to the public in a diverse multi-county region. Provides initial resource and referral services to the Aging and Disability
Resources for Colorado (ADRC) program. Full-time position represents the call center at public functions.
