BUILDING/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE - Grand Junction, CO

BUILDING/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. Performs maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment; responds to maintenance requests to include basic electrical, plumbing and construction. Completes work within appropriate timeframes and budgetary constraints. Uses own hand and power tools to complete work assignments.

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge/Licenses:

• 21 years of age
• A minimum of three years work experience in building maintenance and repair to include electrical, plumbing and construction. HVAC/Refrigeration not required, but a definite plus.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets MDS/Strive standards.
• Satisfactory results from CBI screening and reference checks per guidelines
