This position will assist the IT Director in recommending solutions that enhance IT related services. Possesses the skills and knowledge to effectively implement and maintain technologies with limited guidance. Sets up system monitoring and determines the scope, cause, and best resolution of hardware and software issues and /or outages. Works with stake holders, other IT staff, and vendor(s) to plan and execute applications, systems, and infrastructure installations and updates. Recommends enhancements for the proactive reduction of future issues and outages.
