The Spectrum Community Solutions Concierge Rep will

    Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
    Seek opportunities to educate prospects and sell Spectrum products and services to both residential customers face to face, as well as property management.  Through relationships with existing customers, add new or additional services and offer upgrades to generate additional revenue.
    Assist customers with issues following established policies, and owning the problems through to resolution for customer’s complete satisfaction.
    Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors’ activities throughout assigned territory and keep manager informed of changes to competitive pricing programs or marketing directions
