Responsibilities:
Format documents in Microsoft Word using templates.
Create and apply style guides.
Generate, create links, and format Table of Contents.
Create indexes using concordances.
Format tables and documents to match client specifications.
Convert documents to .PDF files and embed fonts.
Maintain formatting consistency.
Provide copy editing and proofreading of documents.
Communicate with supervisor on deadline and/or challenges with meeting deadlines.
Must maintain document version control, tracking changes and layout of document in template form

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Technical Communication, English or related field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional.
