| Description: | The Customer Service Representative Trainer will play two critical roles at Enstrom Candies. TrainingCustomer Service and providing Customer Service. Enstrom Candies has been built on the dedication to providing a quality product and outstanding service to its customers. The Customer Service Representative Trainer is also responsible for the development and organization of the CSR training program, with high focus on methodology and validating training outcomes.
