Recruitment Coordinator - Grand Junction, CO



HopeWest is recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team!  This full time position will be responsible for the following:
  • Overall recruitment strategy
  • Management of applicant tracking software/systems
  • Job fairs and other recruitment events both internal and external
  • Social media relating to recruitment and outreach
  • Training of managers on interviewing and hiring
  • Collaborating with hiring managers for all current and planned open positions
  • Job analysis and job descriptions
  • Prepares and lists job postings using appropriate venues
  • Requisitions and monitoring requisition approval process
  • Initial review of applications/screening if necessary prior to forwarding to hiring manager
  • Collaboration with Marketing for advertising and website advertising
  • Prepares offer letters using information obtained from hiring managers.
  • Scheduling of pre-employment testing and scheduling of new hire orientation
  • New hire onboarding including new hire paperwork
  • General orientation facilitation
  • Coordination of  rounding process including new hire and 4th quarter completion
  • Other general tasks in the HR Department as assigned.
