HopeWest is recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! This full time position will be responsible for the following:
- Overall recruitment strategy
- Management of applicant tracking software/systems
- Job fairs and other recruitment events both internal and external
- Social media relating to recruitment and outreach
- Training of managers on interviewing and hiring
- Collaborating with hiring managers for all current and planned open positions
- Job analysis and job descriptions
- Prepares and lists job postings using appropriate venues
- Requisitions and monitoring requisition approval process
- Initial review of applications/screening if necessary prior to forwarding to hiring manager
- Collaboration with Marketing for advertising and website advertising
- Prepares offer letters using information obtained from hiring managers.
- Scheduling of pre-employment testing and scheduling of new hire orientation
- New hire onboarding including new hire paperwork
- General orientation facilitation
- Coordination of rounding process including new hire and 4th quarter completion
- Other general tasks in the HR Department as assigned.
