Donor Recruiter (part-time) - Grand Junction, CO
Description
Creates and or designs program and processes to increase regular and new donations to expand our donor base.
Manages
a comprehensive donor recruitment effort that provides a steady stream
of volunteer donor to the fixed donor center, remote drive within our
geographic catchment area for Mesa County donor coach drives
Acts
as a liaison with such entities as service groups, business leaders,
community representatives and church/synagogue representative to become
hosts for recruiting events.
Works with Public Relations to ensure a creative stream of advertising.
Effectively tracks and utilizes advertising incentive dollars
Maintains the appropriate files on donors and blood to composite for expansion of the operations.
Helps develop project budgetary needs.
Maximizes the deployment of the donor coach
Remains
thoroughly knowledgeable about Federal Regulations that change donor
suitability requirements and translate those changes rapidly into the
recruitment efforts.
Works
with a widely diverse population to craft recruiting strategies that
are effective for different age, ethnic and social demographic groups.
Coordinates
volunteers at various draw sites and mobile draws as well as the close
coordination of technical staff and remote donor draw site
representatives.
Safely operate motor vehicle and comply with driver requirements as defined in SCL Health System’s Driver Safety Policy.
Qualifications
Education:

2 years (i.e. Associate Degree) beyond HS
|
Experience:
|
Greater than 3 years
|
License / Certification / Registration
|
Motor Vehicle record with limited infractions (can be no higher than 4 points) in the past 3 years
|
