IT Support Specialist - Grand Junction, CO

This surface coal mine is located in beautiful northwest Colorado just outside of Craig. The surrounding area offers plenty of outdoor opportunities such as hiking, water and snow skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, dirt biking, four-wheeling, camping, golfing, fishing, hunting and whitewater rafting.
Trapper Mine will be hiring an IT Support Specialist. This position will provide evaluation, analysis, design, development, installation and testing of new computer systems as well as maintenance of existing systems. The computer systems will include software and hardware required for network infrastructure, voice and data communications, and business and operational systems.
Applicant Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years of computer related experience in areas of operating systems, hardware installation and maintenance, local area networks, programming languages, data communications and telecommunications.
Preference will be given to those applicants who:
Have an associates degree in business or a technical field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
