MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Battlement Mesa, CO
Position Duties
Full-time position; responsible for general maintenance of 2 apartment complexes plus company maintenance and special projects as assigned. Responsible for 2 direct reports.
Qualifications
General maintenance experience is necessary; heating and air conditioning experience is helpful; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Must have valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record.
Must live within the Parachute/ Battlement Mesa community.
Position reports to VP of Field Operations.
Salary based on experience.
