Human Resource Manager - Grand Junction, CO
Hilltop HR is recruiting for a Human Resource Manager responsible for directing and coordinating HR Generalist activities including oversight of Hilltop recruitment, labor relations, and employment law applications, as well as directing and coordinating Worker's Compensation Coordinator and HR Clerk functions. This exempt position requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of directly related HR experience, or equivalent. PHR/SHRM-CP required within 1 year; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred. Hiring range is $17.55 to $18.62 per hour (DOQ). Posting closes 4/22/16.
