SUMMARY:   Operating under the general direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources this position serves as a resource to Supervisors and Administrators regarding non-licensed Support Staff relations, issues, and practices.  Employee is responsible for training Support Staff and Supervisors on the performance evaluation software, and works with the HRIS Analyst to maintain the system’s integrity.  Facilitating employee/supervisor mediation and providing policy guidance for Administrators and Support Staff are part of the daily duties.  This positon requires a proficient knowledge of Board of Education (BOE) employee policies as well as state and federal employment regulations and laws.
